Q. Will just stopping paying invoices end my service?
A. If you just stop paying your invoices this will not end your service, we will continue to send you invoices as you need to let us know that you would like to cancel.
Q. How do I cancel?
A. To cancel your service you can make a support ticket letting us know what date would suit you.

Q. Can I cancel whatever date I want to?
A. Yes! You can cancel whatever date you want to, however if you do a date after your usual monthly membership payment then you will be charged so we suggested canceling before then.
