Our client zone is a self help portal for our customers, we want to make sure we have complete transparency and give our customers access to all their information. Interested in finding out more? We got you covered.
What can I do in this cool client zone and how to understand your navigation bar.
In our client zone you can view all the information about your account, everything you see is what we see, we hide no information about what we have on file for you.
1. First thing you will see is dashboard
2. On the right of your account balance you will see a list of services you have with us, If you have more than one they will all be shown here click on the drop down menu next to the service.
What does the words mean on the side of my service?
This word is the status of your service, we have 3 status's for your service.
3. Billing - In this you will be able to see invoices, quotes and account statements.
You can click on and invoice to view more information about the invoice as well as click the download button.
You can also click payments to find more information about the payment
If something doesn't look right in your account information please let us know by making a support ticket so we can get this fixed up for you.
4. Support - Here you can find more information about how to contact us as well as send us a message, we do prefer you email
support@lokket.com.
4. Settings - Changing your password, Payment methods and seeing your account information.
Password - By clicking password you will be able to change it to whatever you like
Payments - By clicking payments you can see more information as to what payment methods you have on file, changing them and removing any you don't want.

Account - In Account you will be able to see all the account information on file for you, e.g your name, email, address, phone number, registration date (when you joined us), your customer number, etc.
