2 Things not to try if you have no internet

No No No, don't do it!

Have no internet? We understand the frustration, here are a couple things we don't want you to try if you have no internet.

If you do decide to try any of these please note it will cost a minimum $95 call out fee for one of our technicians to come out and resolve this issue.

1. Do not factory reset your hardware! 

Although this might be tempting we advise you not to do this, if you do factory reset your hardware by pressing the reset button this will bring your hardware to it's default settings which means it is no longer able to talk to our hardware, and therefore you will not be able to get any internet what so ever. 

If you have done this, thats okay, make sure to let us know here so we can have a technician come out and reconfigure this for you ASAP
